Its construction will begin this year with the allocation of the necessary funds. It should be mentioned that Leylan Chay Dam is located in the southwest of East Azarbaijan province, 23 km east of Malekan city and one kilometer upstream of Qosh Ghiyeh village, on the Leylan Chay river.
